President Kenyatta Leaves For Burundi Talks

President Uhuru Kenyatta  has left the country for Dar es Salaam, Tanzania to attend the 13th Extra Ordinary Summit of Heads of State. The special Summit has been convened by EAC chairman President Jarkaya Kikwete of Tanzania to seek an amicable solution to the Burundi crisis. The unrest was sparked by Burundi President Pierre Nkurunziza’s decision to run for a third five-year term. The President was seen off at the Airport by the Chief of Defense Forces Samson Mwathethe and other senior government officials
