President Kenyatta, First Lady Host Christmas Party For Children

Christmas came early for children of various children homes, police officers and State House staff when today they were hosted to a party by President Uhuru Kenyatta and First Lady Margaret Kenyatta.

During the day-long party at State House, Nairobi, the children were treated to live music, motorsports, bouncing castles, virtual reality and other fun games.

President Kenyatta and the First Lady danced with the children at the party, which provided also an opportunity for them to interact freely.

The President fielded questions from the curious children on various issues.

President Kenyatta and the First Lady wished the children as well as all Kenyans a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

The children homes received various Christmas gifts, including electronic items such as TV sets, from the President and the First Lady.
